My young kids love these too! And they are simple.
Clean and cut the brussel sprouts (I cut off the end and cut them in half)
Place on a baking sheet with about 2 Tablespoons melted coconut oil, toss. Sprinkle on sea salt.
Roast at 400 degrees F for about 20-30 minutes, until parts are golden brown.
Add more sea salt to taste if you like, serve warm and enjoy!
